Teams across the University are working tirelessly to prepare for the return to campus. Here’s a look at some of what’s happening.

Starting June 1, Mail Services has shifted to a modified delivery system for campus customers. Depending on your route, mail will be delivered to your building either Monday, Wednesday and Friday, or Tuesday and Thursday.

The state agency courier system is reducing operations and will only be available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Please plan accordingly. Departments will still be able to send mail to other state agencies but only three days a week rather than the usual five.

University Mail Services will not be completing routes and will be at limited capacity. USPS mail will still be processed. Departments wanting to pick-up their mail can do so between the hours of 9:30 a.m. and 11:30 a.m., Monday-Friday. Outgoing meter mail should be delivered to the UNC Mail facility before 2 p.m. Monday-Friday to be processed.

The United States Postal Service anticipates significant delays to delivery of all mail/packages to the following countries/regions: China, Italy, Hong Kong.
