Package Alert Notification for Large Packages

Effective Sept. 25, any packages that are too large for a postal box will receive a Package Alert Notification from University Mail Services. The notification will be placed in your mailbox and directs you to contact University Mail Services at mailservices@unc.edu or 919-962-1139. Packages that are small enough for the postal box will still be available at the postal box, but in an effort to improve security, UMS will not leave larger packages unattended at campus mailboxes.
