Certified and Express Mail must be dropped off at the Mail Services Center by 2 p.m. for same-day processing. After 2 p.m., processing will occur on the next business day.

Update your Campus Box Number
Delayed mail is frequently caused by improper or missing campus box numbers. To avoid any delays, please make sure your campus box number is accurately listed in the UNC Campus Directory.
