Fraudulent companies are contacting departments across campus offering reduced pricing on toner and even other supplies for office and departmental printers and multifunctional devices. In some cases someone posing as a vendor representative will call asking for the model and serial numbers of a device and subsequently ship toner to that address followed by invoicing. Under our program there is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE FOR TONER for any Xerox or RICOH Carolina Managed Print Services device.
